## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 统筹整体营销工作，规划新品及长线内容宣发策略，提升产品曝光，精准引流目标用户；
- 主导全阶段内容宣发落地，负责创意素材、营销活动、用户阵地运营、KOL 合作等核心板块，把控内容质量、传播口碑与获客效率；
- 联动研发、运营团队，结合市场洞察迭代内容与营销策略，驱动整体用户增长；
- 对接合作方，统一品牌调性，保障宣发标准一致；
- 开展市场调研与用户研究，为发行、产品侧提供决策支撑；
- 调研各渠道推广模式，依托数据复盘分析转化效果，持续优化打法。 Requirements 1.5 年及以上竞技、休闲爆款类游戏营销经验，完整操盘过新品上线项目，精通新品营销全流程，具备优秀策略思维； 2.深度掌握抖音、B 站、小红书生态、流量规则、圈层文化及节点营销玩法，擅长平台内容运营； 3.拥有丰富 PC 端游戏推广经验，熟悉国内主流 PC 推广渠道； 4.

### 核心能力（内容发行）

精通内容营销、生态搭建与平台合作全流程实操；手握优质行业资源，商务谈判能力突出；熟练运用各类流量增长玩法，可协同多方团队完成内容打磨与产品宣发优化； 5.跨团队协作能力强，学习能力佳，抗压有韧劲，心态开放； 6.具备敏锐的市场分析能力与创意创新思维。
