## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与商业化体系搭建，游戏商业化活动的全生命周期管理，涵盖玩法设计、奖励投放逻辑及定价策略；
- 商业化资源的投放执行，输出多维度的效果复盘报告，持续迭代优化方案；
- 竞品与市场洞察，深度监控全球头部竞品及同类标杆产品的商业化动态，定期输出竞品拆解报告；重点关注社区舆情与玩家反馈，提炼可落地的优化建议。 Requirements
- 具备2年以上游戏行业商业化策划或运营相关工作经验，有成功上线项目的商业化活动设计经验者优先；
- 深度热爱射击类游戏，对国内外主流射击游戏的商业化模式及运营策略有系统性研究；
- 精通数据分析方法，拥有优秀的逻辑思维与创新能力，具备良好的跨团队沟通协作能力和抗压能力。
