## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责企业微信私有部署解决方案的生态合作伙伴拓展与维护，建立并优化合作体系；
- 负责建立伙伴分级管理机制，制定激励政策、赋能计划，提升伙伴活跃度与产出；
- 负责所负责区域的销售渠道的建设、培育、维护和拓展，协助渠道合作伙伴展开销售工作；
- 定期分析合作数据与市场反馈，优化合作策略，提升合作伙伴满意度与项目成功率；
- 协调内部资源，解决合作伙伴在项目推进过程中的技术、商务等关键问题。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上企业服务、云计算或SaaS领域生态合作相关经验；
- 熟悉企业微信或同类企业级通讯协作产品的私有化部署流程与市场特点；
- 具备优秀的商务谈判能力与客户关系管理经验，有成功推动大型项目落地的案例；
- 强大的跨部门协作与资源整合能力，能高效推动产品、技术、交付团队协同工作；
- 结果导向，具备较强的数据分析能力与市场洞察力，能快速制定应对策略；
- 优秀的沟通表达能力与项目管理能力；
- 自驱，乐观积极，有进取心。
