## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 深入行业场景，将模糊需求拆解为可执行的技术路线图，主导需求分析、技术选型、架构设计，输出可落地的AI解决方案；
- 主导Agent开发/AI Coding等AI类产品端到端交付；
- 进行Prompt优化、RAG链路调优、模型微调与效果评测，将客户痛点提炼为产品需求，驱动迭代并沉淀场景化最佳实践；
- 开发提效工具和智能体，开展客户与内部技术培训和运营推广，把AI工具嵌入到生产工作流，产生可量化的ROI。 Requirements
- 本科及以上，计算机/AI/数学/物理等工程相关专业，3年以上ToB项目交付/客户支撑经验，2年以上大模型（LLM/Agent）深度应用经验，特别优秀者可放宽年限；
- 独立开发过至少2个完整的AI Agent应用（熟悉ReAct/Plan-and-Execute等Agent架构），独立构建过至少1个生产级RAG知识库系统；
- 精通Python，精通LangChain/LlamaIndex/Dify等主流AI开发框架，熟悉Agent编排和Skills；
- 熟悉大模型API调用、Prompt工程、模型微调、效果评估与选型策略；熟悉Docker/K8s、向量数据库（Milvus/ES等）、公有云平台（腾讯云优先）；
- 深入使用国内外的 AI coding工具，深刻理解架构原理和上下文管理；
- 面对模糊的现实问题能迅速拆解并提炼MVP，具备端到端Own项目结果的主人翁意识，能与非技术高管讨论ROI也能与研发团队深入对齐技术方案；
- 此岗位为腾讯集团旗下子公司编制岗位。
