## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责视频国内外内容制作及发行财务管理工作，参与内容全周期财务流程支持，包括立项评估、合作签约、投入产出测算等，提供财务意见；
- 项目成本核算及分析，判断AI技术应用对内容项目成本结构的影响，梳理核算规则，提供审核意见；
- 追踪品类内容排播，开展品类损益表分析，负责品类内容年度预算规划及滚动预估，评估资源投入合理性；
- 识别业务及财务流程中的低效环节和风险点，推动数据标准化和系统能力优化，提高协同效率与财务合规；
- 理解所在业务的运营模式、市场情况和业务需求，定期为管理层提供财务分析报告，输出管理建议及决策支持。 Requirements 1.本科及以上学历，财会或金融类相关专业，英语六级； 2.1~3年财务管理经验，四大或审计等相关工作经验，熟悉财务管理工作内容； 3.具有数据处理和分析能力，熟练掌握数据处理工具； 4.工作细致，责任心强，沉稳自驱，具有较强的学习能力； 5.性格乐观有韧性、具有良好的沟通能力及团队协作能力。
