## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏中角色的动画制作，包括战斗与表演动画；
- 负责游戏中怪物的动画制作，包括四足、鸟类、鱼类等怪物制作战斗与表演动画；
- 负责游戏中过场动画制作，通过分镜或者原著参考还原3D动画；
- 跟进和反馈外包进度，按时完成需求。 Requirements
- 有3年以上游戏/影视动画经验，有良好的pose塑造能力和节奏感；
- 有横板动作游戏项目经验优先；
- 有一定的招式设计能力；
- 对镜头语言有基本的了解；
- 能对IP原著进行较好还原，能提取角色性格与招式来二次创作；
- 能熟练使用maya或max的动画模块；
- 对UE4或U3D引擎有一定了解；
- 对工作认真负责，有良好的沟通能力和学习能力，对新技术有敏感度；
- 有美术外包管理经验。
