## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 建设游戏试玩、图片素材、视频素材的AI创作能力，搭建创意工作流；
- 建设AI全自动化玩游戏的能力，搭建游戏理解->玩法分析->操作算法->执行任务的工作流，能适配不同游戏品类；
- 建设小游戏运行时特征平台(特征分析/制作/管理)，理解并感知游戏数据、事件、状态，不断优化效率。 Requirements
- 首重软素质(自驱力/Owner意识)，执行力强，能主动思考并独立推动项目落地；
- 计算机相关专业，熟悉JS、WASM语言，3年及以内游戏开发、 AI应用研发经验，优秀应届生亦可；
- 了解大模型及 Agent，有 Prompt、工具调用、工作流编排等实践经验。
