## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯精品游戏的QQ发行，对接特定品类游戏的项目组，提升品类游戏下QQ关系链用户和渠道分发量；
- 探索拓展新的发行能力，结合QQ平台用户特征，找到行业内机会点搭建发行品牌认知，打造司内精品游戏发行标杆；
- 从用户需求的角度出发，探索能为QQ游戏用户提供长线价值的平台服务能力，长线影响QQ的游戏关系链占比。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，1年以上游戏发行运营相关工作经历；
- 热爱游戏，有丰富的生存建造、动作格斗、体育品类游戏经历，密切关注游戏行业动态；
- 具备一定的的数据导向思维和数据分析能力，善于从数据中心发现问题，提炼用户需求；
- 工作自驱力强，不通过解题的方式做事情，对业务善于发问，更善于打破框架。
