## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责公司产品的海外视觉UI设计，包括移动端及多端适配设计；
- 基于用户研究与市场洞察，独立完成设计解决方案，输出高保真原型与设计规范；
- 与海外产品、开发团队协作，确保设计方案的落地性与用户体验一致性；
- 参与设计系统的构建与维护，提升团队设计效率与产品视觉统一性；
- 关注设计趋势，结合国际化视野，为产品注入创新设计语言。 Requirements 1.3年以上视觉/UI设计经验，拥有多语言本地化或海外团队协作背景，熟悉国际化设计标准与用户习惯； 2.精通Figma、Photoshop 等主流设计工具，具备高效的原型制作与视觉表达能力； 3.具备成熟的设计方法论，能够独立完成用户流程梳理、界面设计与交互细节优化； 4.对设计趋势敏感，具备优秀的审美与创意能力，作品集展现国际化设计水准。
