## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责效果广告的投放，精通信息流投放的竞价机制和操作方法，对渠道账户分配具有清晰的定位和布局，对渠道投放结果负责，对代理商投放效能负责；
- 对目标进行合理拆解，设计不同账户、不同分层人群的投放节奏和组合；
- 根据渠道特点，制定投放策略，监控、分析投放效果以数据为导向调整投放策略，优化成本，把控推广节奏有效控制预算，使投放效果达到最大化；
- 定期产出渠道分析报告，进行多维度交叉分析，产出分析结论并作用于投放策略的调整；
- 有产品经理思维，推动投放平台体系的ai化升级，以及投放运营模式的重塑。 Requirements
- 本科以上学历，有3-8年互联网行业市场投放经验，视频行业经验优先，有千万量级投放经验优先,有单一渠道大体量账户 （千万以上） 优化经验亦可；
- 有丰富投放经验优先，对渠道推广有自己思考；
- 有数据敏感度，懂得通过数据发现问题及看到机会。能熟练运用各种工具进行推广分析、优化；
- 思维活跃，逻辑性强，具有良好的沟通能力、计划性和创造性，具有较强的责任心和高度的敬业精神，能胜任较大压力下的工作。
