## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责营销基础推荐算法多个重点方向的技术规划和团队管理，围绕大模型、Agent等前沿方向，结合千亿级样本、特征和用户行为数据，持续推动营销推荐建模技术升级和效果突破；
- 基于超大规模样本和特征，探索用户兴趣建模、序列表征学习、生成式建模、统一建模等关键技术，实现前沿 AI 技术在营销推荐系统中的有效迁移，持续驱动营销核心指标提升；
- 负责样本、特征、模型等核心能力建设，持续探索模型 scaling up、模型结构优化和训练推理优化等关键技术，不断提升模型效果、训练效率和泛化能力；
- 推动多模态技术和生成式 AI 技术在广告场景中的应用，通过更丰富的信息理解和表达能力，持续提升营销推荐效果和内容生产效率；
- 探索Agent在算法研发和业务场景中的应用，持续提升模型迭代效率和算法系统智能化水平；
- 积极跟进 AI 学术界和业界的最新动态，优化内部技术方案，不断推进营销算法设计升级。 Requirements
- 具备扎实的数据结构和算法功底，熟悉掌握常见有监督、无监督、深度学习等算法模型的原理、优缺点及适用场景等基础知识；
- 有机器学习算法优化理论的研究经验，熟悉 TensorFlow 或 PyTorch 机器学习框架，并有实际的模型训练、调优和线上优化项目经验；
- 具有大规模机器学习训练、推理平台开发经验，或在推荐大模型、多模态大模型、生成式 AI 等方向有深入研发经验者优先；
- 具备搜广推领域算法研发经验，对召回、排序、预估等核心链路有深入理解，有复杂业务场景落地经验者优先；
- 具有协调跨团队合作、项目管理和团队管理能力，能够推动复杂技术方案在业务场景落地，解决关键技术问题，提升团队整体组织和作战能力；
- 有搜广推算法管理经验者优先。
