## Job description

### 研发专项管理
- 负责游戏研发技术专项的全周期管理，包含：目标拆解、里程碑制定、执行跟踪，推动专项从立项到闭环落地；

### 外网问题处理专项
- 负责游戏线上音频异常、安全、崩溃等问题的分级响应与闭环，深挖项目疑难问题，牵头跨团队进行长线治理，输出优化清单、排期落地，持续迭代优化；

### 跨团队协同与信息枢纽
- 跨团队对接引擎、程序、音频、策划、测试，同步排期变更、风险升级、整合资源解决冲突；

### 版本节奏保障与流程推进
- 协助制定版本计划，跟进研发内容合入、构建、提审与线上数据观察等关键环节，识别版本瓶颈和问题并推动解决，持续提升线上的版本质量和稳定性。 Requirements

### 学历专业
- 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、通信或相关专业；

### 知识基础
- 熟悉软件工程基础知识，对敏捷开发、项目管理流程有基本认知；

### 核心素质
- 执行力强，责任心高，良好的沟通能力，具备出色的主动学习能力和团队协作精神，能适应项目攻坚节奏并及时响应紧急事件；

### 行业热情
- 对游戏行业有浓厚兴趣，并渴望在该领域长期发展。
