## Job description

### 全链路流量运营
- 洞察预算特点，判断适配流量场景类型，持续优化流量链路效率，为流量变现效率和规模指标负责；

### 数据驱动策略优化
- 深入分析广告收益数据，通过A/B测试持续优化素材、出价及瀑布流策略，挖掘增量空间；

### 跨部门协同落地
- 联动产品、研发及算法团队，推动自研SDK功能迭代与归因体系建设，提升填充率与eCPM；

### 行业洞察与创新
- 跟踪流量生态变化，探索新流量场景与变现模式，持续提升ARPU值与变现效率。 Requirements 1.3-5年互联网流量运营经验，必须同时具备“买量投放”与“广告变现”双重实操经验，有IAA游戏/工具类产品背景优先； 2.敏锐的商业嗅觉，对ROI、CAC、LTV、eCPM、ARPU等核心指标极度敏感，具备扎实的数据分析能力与业务拆解能力； 3.具备强烈的Owner意识，能从0到1搭建优化模型，主动复盘迭代，抗压能力强； 4.出色的跨部门沟通能力，能主导技术、产品等多方资源，推动复杂项目高效落地。
