## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责金铲铲之战项目最高级别的小小英雄特效、棋盘特效和其他商业化特效的创意设计与制作；
- 根据游戏世界观和角色设定，独立完成高质量特效方案，确保视觉表现与游戏风格高度统一；
- 与策划、程序、美术团队紧密协作，理解需求并转化为可行的特效实现方案；
- 参与特效资源优化，平衡视觉效果与性能表现，确保游戏运行流畅；
- 持续关注行业特效趋势，提升特效表现力，推动团队特效设计水平进步；
- 输出特效设计文档，规范制作流程，指导并审核外包或初级特效师的工作成果。 Requirements 1.5年以上游戏特效设计经验，有MOBA、卡牌或类似金铲铲之战玩法项目经验优先； 2.熟练掌握After Effects、Spine、Unity/Unreal引擎特效模块，熟悉粒子系统与动画原理； 3.具备扎实的美术基础，优秀的色彩搭配与动态设计能力，能独立完成从概念到成品的全流程； 4.对游戏特效有敏锐审美，了解玩家体验需求，能主动提出优化建议； 5.良好的沟通协作能力，能清晰表达设计思路并理解跨部门需求； 6.抗压能力强，能适应项目迭代节奏，对游戏行业有热情。
