## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 基于产品发行目标、赛事发展目标，制定《三角洲行动》职业赛内容运营生态策略，落地赛事内容生态基础搭建；
- 通过平台合作、热点策划、官方/三方内容创作等手段，提升《三角洲行动》赛事影响力，对赛事热度，赛事内容生态发展及增长负责；
- 借助游戏及赛事生态力量，持续提升《三角洲行动》电竞职业选手影响力，并打造基于电竞赛道发展的知名KOL。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，具备游戏向宣发推广或内容运营相关经验，有电竞推广相关经历候选人优先；
- 热爱《三角洲行动》与电竞行业，对FPS品类有深度理解，对全球电竞及传统体育赛事有较深的研究和思考；
- 具备强游戏和电竞内容营销热点嗅觉，有优秀的独立策创能力，对游戏内容创作/直播运作体系、平台/俱乐部/MCN资源运作有强理解；
- 工作态度认真负责，有优秀的沟通推动能力、抗压能力和主动学习能力，团队合作意识强。
