## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责3A动作冒险游戏的战斗系统整体设计与迭代优化，拔高长板特色；
- 主导战斗机制、技能体系、敌人AI及关卡战斗节奏的设计与迭代优化；
- 协同动画、特效、音效等团队实现战斗表现的高品质落地；
- 与关卡策划、叙事策划紧密配合，确保战斗设计与整体游戏世界观统一。 Requirements 1.5年以上3A游戏或高品质ARPG游戏策划经验，至少完整参与过一款成功项目的战斗系统设计； 2.熟悉UE5，具备一定的功能实现能力； 3.对ARPG有深刻理解与热情，熟悉主流3A游戏战斗设计优劣。
