## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 协助项目规划和改善美术流程，为任务管理、美术制作等管线提供流程工具或服务，以提高美术环节的管理和生产效率；
- 配合PM、策划、美术等角色调研和挖掘项目需求，解决各环节间的流程问题，以促进项目更稳定、可控；
- 与团队共同建设、优化和维护现有的流程基建和服务，辅助其他团队学习、接入和使用团队各项成熟业务；
- 对整个项目流程工具负责，有较强风险意识，可提前暴露问题，规避问题。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，有5年以上的TA或TD工作经验；
- 有影视或者游戏行业的相关工作经验；
- 熟悉游戏生产流程，参与过美术制作、项目管理或资产管理等管线的维护和开发；
- 熟练使用Unreal或Unity，可以完成引擎内美术工具开发；
- 熟悉常用DCC相关软件，比如3DsMax、Mava、Houdini、SP/SD等，有丰富的制作工具和流程工具的开发经验；
- 较好的编程功底，至少精通C#、C++、Python其中一门编程语言，可以独立完成美术工具的开发和维护。
