## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 结合项目特点，深度参与引擎相关优化，探索行业前沿的引擎技术研究方向；
- 负责游戏专项技术攻坚和突破，针对重难点问题设计解决方案，跟进落地；
- 负责引擎及客户端的性能优化；
- 与团队进行良好沟通，提升游戏体验，提高游戏品质。 Requirements
- 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，5年以上游戏客户端或引擎开发经验；
- 熟悉C#/C++，具备扎实的3D数学、数据结构、算法基础和编程功底，熟悉常用设计模式；
- 熟悉Unity3D，深度参与过引擎二次开发，深度参与过引擎和客户端的性能优化，掌握基本的优化方法，熟练使用性能调试工具；
- 熟悉渲染优化，熟悉OPENGL、DX、METAL、VULKAN至少一项图形渲染API，在动画、场景、资源管理等至少有一项技术领域有丰富的经验；
- 热爱游戏事业，具有出色的学习和技术攻坚能力。
