## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯云即时通信IM相关产品的后台架构设计和功能开发；
- 负责搭建构建覆盖全球的稳定、实时、高效、高质量的消息服务；
- 负责消息传输和优化相关开发工作，核心技术问题攻坚、疑难问题解决和服务质量调优；
- 负责为腾讯云内外部客户提供底层架构方案和技术支撑。 Requirements
- 本科以上学历，计算机或相关专业，3年以上后台开发经验；
- 熟练掌握C/C++/Go开发语言，熟练掌握常用数据结构和算法，具备良好的编码习惯和优秀的编码能力；
- 精通Linux/Unix操作系统，对TCP/IP协议有深入了解，熟悉数据库、安全、网络、消息队列相关知识；
- 具备很强的团队精神、良好的表达和沟通能力，工作认真负责；
- 有海量服务、高并发后台服务系统开发经验者优先；
- 具备良好的系统设计、问题定位与跨团队协作能力,能独立负责复杂模块/系统,执行力强；
- 熟练使用 Al Coding 工具或 Coding Agent 辅助研发，具备通过 AI 工具提升代码开发、实验迭代、问题排查和工程协作效率的能力。
