## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责《火影忍者》游戏中的3D特效制作，包括技能、大招等效果的实现与优化；
- 与开发、设计团队紧密合作，调试和修改特效，确保最终效果符合项目需求，并确保特效与游戏整体效果的顺利衔接；
- 了解并实施游戏性能优化，确保特效在不同设备上流畅运行，提升游戏整体性能。 Requirements
- 大专及以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验，具备较强的3D特效制作基础和优秀的美术审美能力；
- 熟练使用Unity、Photoshop、3ds Max、After Effects等3D特效相关软件，能够独立完成特效设计与实现；
- 具有技能大招特效、皮肤特效等相关经验，手绘能力者优先；
- 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，有责任心，能够高效协作并具备较强的抗压能力；
- 具备跨部门协作经验，能够推动项目顺利进展。
