## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 参与 AI 原生游戏引擎的内核研发，设计并演进面向 Agent 的引擎能力；
- 负责渲染、场景、资产、物理、动画等引擎子系统的设计与实现；
- 参与引擎编辑器及可观测、调试、工具链的设计与开发，支撑 AI 与人的高效开发；
- 保障引擎的工程质量与性能，跟踪前沿技术生态。 Requirements
- 计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业，3 年以上游戏引擎开发经验；扎实的算法、数据结构、操作系统、计算机网络等基础；
- 精通至少一门系统级语言（Rust / C++ / C 优先），并具备良好的 TypeScript 工程能力；良好的代码风格与软件工程素养；
- 深入理解游戏引擎架构，至少熟悉一款引擎的内核实现（自研引擎 / Unreal / Unity 等），理解渲染循环、ECS、资产管线、场景图等核心机制；

### 具备图形学基础
- 熟悉现代图形 API（WebGPU / Vulkan / D3D12 / Metal 其一）与可编程管线、着色器（WGSL / HLSL / GLSL），理解 PBR、渲染管线、GPU 资源与同步；
- 良好的数学与英文阅读功底，能快速阅读并理解前沿技术论文与开源代码；
- 良好的沟通协作能力，对解决挑战性问题充满热情；
- 对「AI × 游戏引擎」的结合有强烈兴趣与探索欲。
