## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 基于商业化目标，负责产品商业化系统功能的搭建规划，跟进系统的开发落地过程，把控进度和最终的交付质量；
- 打磨产品付费体验，提炼产品的商业化价值，挖掘商业化系统的拓展空间，推动相关系统功能的设计及落地；
- 设计并落地多元化的付费手段，构建分层付费体系，满足不同付费深度用户的诉求，持续提升付费ARPU和付费转化效率；
- 搭建并完善用户付费习惯培养路径，持续优化各付费节点的转化漏斗；
- 建立商业化数据监控与回收机制，对付费率、ARPU、ARPPU、LTV等核心指标进行持续追踪分析，以数据驱动迭代商业化策略，确保收入目标的达成；
- 关注自身产品的同时对市场竞品保持较高的敏感度，积极了解用户需求并提出相应的优化建议，推动产品品质及收入的提升。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏策划经验，参与过完整的游戏研发及运营流程；
- 熟悉市面上的主流MMO及开放世界产品，对用户特征及付费诉求有深刻的了解，MMO深度游戏经验者优先；
- 对新鲜事物有强烈好奇心，对当下游戏用户的消费心理和文娱偏好有深刻认知；有较好的审美品位和一定的创意能力；
- 具有较强的责任心及良好团队合作精神，沟通能力强力，勇于面对困难跟压力。
