## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责存储相关技术方向的系统架构设计及技术研发；
- 负责存储相关技术方向的规划、前瞻性探索、影响力建设等综合事务 ；
- 指导并培养相关技术方向团队成员，带领团队不断攻克技术难题，达成既定的业务目标；
- 与周边团队紧密协作，不断提升产品竞争力和用户体验。 Requirements
- 五年以上后台开发经验，两年以上大规模分布式系统架构设计经验，并成功主导过一款大规模线上应用的系统；
- 具备扎实的计算机技术基础，深入理解操作系统、精通数据结构和算法，熟悉至少一门编程语言，如C、C++、C#、Java、Golang等；
- 富有激情和创造力，良好的技术迁移能力、学习能力和领悟能力；
- 具备很强的责任心和自驱力，勇于接受挑战，并能承受较大的工作压力；
- 具备良好的沟通能力、协调推动能力，能闭环解决问题，与合作方共赢。
