## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责交换机软件的设计、开发、测试和维护工作；
- 根据网络产品及运营需求定义技术规格，并推动需求交付；
- 编写技术文档，包括设计文档、用户手册和维护指南；
- 跟踪业界趋势，推动关键网络技术落地部署及持续演进。 Requirements
- 计算机、通信等相关专业，本科及以上学历，5年以上工作经验；
- 编程基础扎实，精通 C/C++, Python, Go 等主流编程语言；
- 熟悉交换机业务功能（如L2、L3、RDMA、ACL、QoS等）；
- 熟悉交换机操作系统，有SONiC、FRR等开源软件研发经验优先；
- 熟悉主流交换芯片，有SDK、SAI开发经验者优先；
- 熟悉交换机硬件架构，有BSP开发经验者优先；
- 良好的抗压能力、沟通能力和团队合作精神；
- 良好的英语读写能力，能够阅读英文技术文档和编写英文报告。
