## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责无畏契约产品版本节点内容发行工作，制定和输出内容策略并进行内容策划制作，对整体内容的传播效果和发行效果负责；
- 围绕游戏内容版本节点，针对版本改动/新英雄/新枪械/新地图等，输出精品内容和多种创意传播内容；
- AIGC创作者孵化和挖掘，拓展新的AIGC内容形式，主导相关内容内容策划和制作，持续提升用户沟通和触达效率；
- 负责建设无畏契约赛事创作者生态，同时围绕赛事节点，策划输出赛事内容和赛游联动内容，提升整体赛事传播热度；
- 与内外部团队高效沟通和合作，整合相关资源，探索多类型内容合作机制，持续打造优质高效的内容发行管线，持续提升发行效率。 Requirements 1.1-3年左右工作经验，对无畏契约产品深度理解和认知，熟悉无畏契约玩家消费热点和相关游戏梗，熟悉赛事相关内容和赛事文化； 2.具备完整内容策略输出能力，良好的内容sense和内容营销经验，PGC/PUGC/UGC等多类型的内容经验丰富，能够将产品核心卖点和用户需求，转化成为优质内容； 3.具备的独立项目推进能力，良好的自我驱动能力和责任心，业务上善于创新和突破，能够对目标结果负责； 4.具备AIGC内容工作流能力，创意突出，审美在线。擅长剧本策划，脚本撰写，落地成片，有良好的提示词，分镜能力，镜头把控能力。有成功AIGC内容制作经验优先力，较强的沟通能力和跨团队协作能力。
