## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 建设广告主经营提效能力，深度理解腾讯经营生态（视频号/小店/企业微信等）的商家经营链路，识别经营与广告营销衔接中的关键卡点，并能结合平台数据优势及生态链路特点，转化为产品化的解决方案；
- 衔接经营与广告营销，将广告投放与商家后链路经营数据打通，构建从营到销的衡量体系与智能投放策略，帮助客户在腾讯生态内实现更高的 ROI；
- 数据驱动的产品决策，基于广告主经营数据与平台大盘表现，持续验证产品价值，发现增长机会，迭代产品策略与能力；
- 跨团队协作与推动，与研发、运营、销售及生态合作伙伴紧密协作，推动产品从0到1落地并持续规模化，确保产品能力真正服务到客户的生意增长。 Requirements
- 具备优秀的逻辑思维与结构化分析能力，能快速理解复杂的商业生态与技术链路；
- 善于从数据中发现问题与机会，能够基于数据分析洞察业务问题及机会；
- 对"把事情做成"有真实的渴望，不等待指令，主动发现并推动事情发生；
- 对广告、营销、电商经营、私域增长等领域有浓厚兴趣，关注行业动态，愿意持续深耕；
- 能跨越职能边界推动事情，善于倾听与表达，在复杂多方协作中保持清晰与推动力。
