## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责英雄联盟新商业化资源的探索与规划，与开发商紧密合作，推动创意落地与资源制作；
- 协调发行团队，制定并执行商业化内容的推广与变现策略，确保市场效果最大化；
- 深入分析现有商业化资源的表现，挖掘用户需求与偏好，优化付费内容体系，提升整体商业化效率；
- 持续跟踪商业化核心数据指标，通过数据分析输出关键洞察，驱动策略迭代与产品优化；
- 参与商业化方案的设计与评估，确保方案符合用户需求与商业目标，平衡用户体验与收益增长。 Requirements 1.本科及以上学历，热爱英雄联盟，对游戏行业有深刻理解； 2.3年以上游戏运营或相关岗位经验，熟悉游戏商业化流程与方法论； 3.具备数据驱动思维，熟练运用数据分析工具，能够从数据中发现问题并提出解决方案； 4.优秀的沟通与协作能力，能够与开发商、发行团队及其他合作伙伴高效协同； 5.强烈的责任心与执行力，能够在高压环境下保持高效输出与冷静决策。
