## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯云消息队列的架构设计、核心代码开发、系统稳定性开发、性能优化、上下游生态建设等工作；
- 根据云计算平台的业务需求，完成腾讯云中间件产品的架构设计和优化工作；
- 帮助业务方解决技术难题，用技术推动业务发展。 Requirements
- 熟练掌握Java，熟悉并发编程，掌握高并发，分布式通信，存储等相关技术；
- 熟练掌握常见的数据结构和算法； 熟悉网络的基本原理；
- 熟悉开源消息队列Kafka/Pulsar/RocketMQ等，有相关开发经验者优先；
- 熟悉Spring Cloud，有相关开发及优化经验者优先；
- 有强烈的业务意识和责任心，有独立的业务见解和思考，能积极推动技术落地与演进； 5.具有较强的发现、分析和解决技术问题的能力，能独立承担架构设计，并能主导项目的研发和技术难题的攻关；
- 有技术视野和前瞻性，始终能保持对技术的敏感度和热情，愿意不断的学习和拥抱变化。
