## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责 WorkBuddy 智能体套件的整体产品规划与产品定义，围绕企业办公与生产力场景，推动 WorkBuddy 与文档等产品能力深度融合，形成具备市场竞争力的智能体套件；
- 搭建 WorkBuddy 智能体套件的商业化体系，负责 SKU 定义、版本权益分层、产品包装、定价与计费策略，持续完善订单、支付、发票、License、续费及增购等商业化链路；
- 建设套件开放与集成能力，通过 API、Webhook、MCP 及连接器打通企业文档、OA、CRM、ERP 等业务系统，使智能体能够理解企业知识、调用业务工具并完成跨系统任务；
- 建立套件商业化数据漏斗，持续跟踪激活、使用深度、任务消耗、付费转化、客单价、续费及增购等指标，通过产品实验验证场景价值、版本组合和定价策略；
- 主导套件产品路线图与客户成功路径设计，结合不同规模、行业及成熟度的企业客户需求，定义目标客群、核心场景、产品模块组合与解决方案架构；
- 串联研发、销售、解决方案、渠道及运营团队，推动重点客户验证、标杆案例建设与规模化复制，对 WorkBuddy 智能体套件的产品竞争力和商业化结果负责。 Requirements 1.5 年以上 SaaS 或企业级产品经验，其中至少 2 年负责付费商业化产品，有从产品规划到商业结果落地的完整经验； 2.深度理解企业级 SaaS 的产品形态与商业逻辑，具备复杂产品体系设计能力，能够独立负责 SKU 定义、版本权益分层、产品定价、计费及售卖策略； 3.熟悉企业客户采购和付费链路，对订单、支付、发票、License、续费、增购及渠道销售等环节有系统性认知； 4.具备优秀的业务抽象与产品设计能力，能够从客户和渠道的复杂需求中识别共性问题，并将其转化为清晰、标准、可规模化的产品方案； 5.具备较强的数据分析能力和商业敏感度，能够建立指标体系、发现关键问题，并通过产品实验持续提升付费转化和客单价； 6.具备良好的结构化思维、跨团队推动力和沟通能力，能够独立主导调研、决策、设计、交付及效果复盘闭环。
