## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 日常财务管理和分析工作，包括研发项目核算、研发资源监控与效率提升、业财数据分析，定期向负责人汇报等；
- 牵头部门的年度预算规划，阶段性跟踪调整，评估资源投入合理性等；
- 深入了解所在业务的运营模式、市场动态和业务需求，为业务部门提供及时、准确的财务分析和建议；
- 从财务视角思考和发现问题，结合数据分析能力构建专项分析，包括但不限于业财流程设计、投入产出分析、项目规划评估等，为解决问题提供方向和策略，辅助经营管理决策。 Requirements 1.本科以上学历，财会或金融类相关专业，英语六级； 2.1~3年相关财务BP、审计或交易等经验；熟练财务或商业分析，对参与行业或企业的业、财务数据的关联度分析具有较深的认知和经验，并且对业务商业模式和未来方向，有充分的理解和想法； 3.具备新企业会计准则、账务运作、会计报表处理的基础知识； 4.丰富的数据处理、洞察和分析能力与经验，熟练掌握数据处理工具； 5.工作细致，责任感强、稳重，良好的沟通能力和团队精神； 6.为人忠诚，具备高度的职业道德。
