## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 对游戏基础3C的操作手感、动作表现、基础数值等模块进行细节打磨与跟进；
- 参与游戏战斗系统相关的设计，包括但不限于核心战斗玩法内容与操作方式及负责战斗相关系统的设计、数值平衡性调整、手感调整优化等；
- 挖掘游戏存在的体验问题，分析原因并设计方案，最终推动落地解决。 Requirements 1.5年以上fps战斗策划经验，热爱主流游戏及各类射击游戏，具备较强的游戏理解能力和分析能力； 2.具有射击游戏的研发经验或相关从业经验优先； 3.具备强大的自我驱动力、良好的沟通能力、团队协作能力。
