## Job description

### Responsibilities

1.负责《火影忍者》游戏中的动作制作； 2.与开发、设计团队紧密合作，调试和修改动作，确保最终效果符合项目需求。 Requirements
- 大专及以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验，具备优秀的美术审美能力；
- 熟练使用3ds Max、Maya、Unity等3D动作相关软件，能够独立完成整套角色的动作设计与制作；
- 对运动规律有深刻理解，对于格斗类游戏需要有相应的体验，对pose及节奏需要有精确极致的把控；对镜头与构图有一定的理解；
- 设计方面需要有较深的经验积累，善于通过POSE造型表达角色个性，有差异化设计的意识；
- 有良好的沟通协作能力，具备跨部门协作经验。
