## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 根据产品特点和运营目标，制定海外商业化运营整体策略；
- 根据运营目标及海外用户消费习惯，规划商业化资源及活动投放节奏，统筹活动设计及开发，确保资源及活动的高效运营；
- 从用户诉求出发，负责游戏内商业化相关的内容规划及功能开发；
- 搭建商业化相关的数据分析框架，定期跟踪付费群体动态，支撑商业化调优。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上游戏商业化策划或运营工作经验，独立负责过商业化排期规划及商业化系统工作；
- 热爱游戏，快速上手新游戏；关注游戏市场的发展动态，对于主流游戏品类的特点有清晰了解；
- 产品意识强，善于打磨用户的交互和使用体验；熟悉游戏项目组研发和运营各环节流程；有海外游戏产品运营或策划经验者优先；
- 学习能力强，流行文化内容敏感性强，对新鲜事物抱有强烈的好奇心，有较强的逻辑思考能力，善于洞察本质；有海外教育或工作背景者优先；
- 有良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通能力和抗压能力，积极推动问题解决；
- 好奇心强，具备通过ai工具进行工作提效的能力。
