## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责《三角洲行动》的国服BD合作/泛娱乐合作专项，基于产品阶段目标及发行计划，策创并推动全新BD、泛娱乐、IP衍生业务拓展；
- 与商务、研发及发行全链路团队深度合作，跨团队协同完成商务合作规划、游戏资源生产及宣发创意落地的全流程执行；
- 负责创意素材、推广活动、话题传播、媒体稿件等合作中宣发模块的细案策划和执行工作，对相关活动的合作覆盖效果、传播效果、口碑负责。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，具备游戏行业宣发推广或内容运营相关经验；
- 具备出色的BD及泛娱乐合作策略能力，拥有丰富的大型IP/BD/泛娱乐合作统筹管理经验，能够协调各方资源，确保项目顺利进行；
- 拥有较好的逻辑思维能力、沟通协作能力、独立策创能力，对业务有主人翁意识；
- 抗压能力强，能承担多线程工作，积极主动、灵活进取；
- 热爱游戏，对FPS品类有深度理解，对《三角洲行动》有深度体验。
