## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责与Roblox的整体沟通对接，建立并维护良好的合作关系，搭建高效健全的沟通窗口及合作机制，确保合作长线顺利进行；
- 负责合同条款制定、沟通及商务谈判，能够预判合作风险，为谈判决策赋能；
- 负责中国业务的商务合作，挖掘行业机会，整合外部资源，扫描发现具备商业价值的合作伙伴，并推动执行落地。 Requirements
- 深度体验过Roblox，认可Roblox在中国发展的价值，并有意愿主导或深度参与到项目规划中；
- 英语水平优秀，可作为工作语言；
- 具备商务谈判及商务合作相关经验，擅长处理与海外合作方的商务合作关系，具备较强的商务谈判能力，熟悉必要的财务、法务等相关知识；
- 我们期待喜欢Roblox、有梦想有想法的人，一起探索无限世界。
