## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责多款不同生命周期SLG项目的营销策略，结合目标市场特性与行业趋势，确保产品各阶段的市场热度与增长；
- 通过市场调研及落地实践，为项目输出市场及用户洞察，反哺产品开发；
- 协同多个团队，挖掘产品市场机会，制定并执行优化及推广方案，实现用户与收入增长；
- 通过多样化活动和有效反馈机制，增强用户粘性与满意度，维护现有用户群体；
- 负责产品上线新地区、大版本更新等重要节点的营销策略制定与执行，实时监测效果并优化，达成业务目标。 Requirements

### 经验
- 3年以上游戏海外市场营销经验，有成功主导游戏全生命周期营销及重要节点推广案例；

### 专业能力
- 精通海外游戏营销，具备敏锐市场洞察与数据分析能力，深刻理解 SLG 等游戏类型；

### 团队协作
- 优秀的跨部门沟通协作能力，能有效管理团队并协调资源；

### 语言文化
- 熟练掌握英语，可作为工作语言，了解海外不同地区文化与消费习惯；

### 其他
- 抗压能力强，具备创新与学习能力，关注行业动态。
