## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责Gameplay玩法系统开发与相关技术攻坚；
- 负责客户端玩法框架的设计、搭建与持续优化，提升游戏表现力和开发效率；
- 负责游戏玩法系统及工具链的研发，配合策划、美术等角色，高效实现游戏功能，并对技术方案进行可行性评估与设计；
- 负责优化游戏客户端性能和体验调优。 Requirements 1.2年以上UE开发经验； 2.熟练掌握C++/Lua，具备扎实的数据结构、算法及设计模式基础； 3.熟悉UE引擎的GamePlay框架、网络同步、技能、动画、UI、资源管理等模块； 4.熟悉3D游戏性能和内存优化；
- 热爱游戏事业，对动作游戏有深入的了解和热爱，关注用户体验，目标导向；
- 擅长沟通协作，责任心强，能有效评估与跟进任务；
- 学习能力强，有自驱力，能快速适应新技术和项目需求。
