## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 分析视频号认证相关反馈、数据及需求，通过市场及产品策略，提升认证认知度和覆盖率；
- 优化视频号认证申请及审核流程，通过接入AI 等智能化能力提升认证效率，降低审核成本；
- 借助AI技术优化认证知识库、智能小助手及相关业务场景，提升业务协同效率和用户体验；
- 联动微信生态内不同产品及业务，推进认证能力的复用与提效，并丰富认证权益，增加用户粘性。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，1年以上互联网产品、运营、市场、审核或认证相关工作经验；
- 具备较强的主动性和责任心，优秀的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能够在快节奏环境中高效工作；
- 逻辑思维清晰，具备较强的数据分析能力，能够通过数据驱动决策和问题拆解；
- 对AI技术有一定了解和热情，有AI工具在实际业务中落地实践的经验，能够结合AI提升业务效率。
