## Job description

### 核心负责开发者引入工作
- 通过商务拓源、行业活动、开发者社区、渠道合作等方式，挖掘高潜力的游戏开发者团队，全面深入了解合作方的研发能力、产品定位与商业化诉求，主导商务洽谈、建立合作关系，持续为平台输送高质量玩法内容；
- 长期运营维护开发者关系，建立分级分层的开发者服务机制，定期跟进开发者诉求、解答合作疑问、协调内外部资源，提升绿洲启元在开发者群体中的正向口碑、品牌影响力与满意度，降低优质开发者流失；
- 整合分析行业动态，持续跟踪Roblox、蛋仔派对、迷你世界、Fortnite Creative、steam等平台的开发者政策、商业模式、扶持计划，定期输出行业分析报告，为绿洲启元开发者生态的策略制定与资源投入提供决策依据。 Requirements
- 全日制本科及以上学历，3年及以上游戏工作经验，对UGC开发者赛道有深入了解，对游戏策划、程序、美术、发行等研发各环节有一定理解或参与，能够从专业角度与开发者高效沟通并判断产品潜力与研发可行性；
- 拥有大量手机游戏开发商、独立开发者、UGC开发者资源者优先，能够快速建立高质量的开发者合作网络，深入了解国内开发者的现状、需求与行业发展趋势；
- 具备较强的商务洽谈与沟通能力，具备强烈的目标导向和抗压能力，有独立主导游戏商务合作从洽谈到落地全流程的成功经验。
