## Job description

### Responsibilities

1.负责语音识别核心技术的研发与优化，推动语音识别能力在公司内外多元业务场景中的规模化落地，持续核心技术表现； 2.持续跟踪语音识别与大模型发展的前沿技术，推动新算法、新模型的研究、验证与业务落地。 Requirements
- 熟悉语音识别技术，具备丰富的语音识别系统研发、优化及落地的丰富经验；
- 深入掌握语音识别及相关大模型技术原理，熟悉主流深度学习框架，具备 CTC、RNN-T、AED、AudioLLM 等系统的训练调优经验；
- 熟悉语音识别的数据处理，具备海量数据处理与优化的实际经验；
- 熟练使用 Python，熟悉 Linux 开发环境及常用工具，具备良好的编码能力；
- 具备良好的问题分析、实验设计和结果归因能力，能够独立推进复杂算法项目；
- 具备良好的沟通协作能力，与团队融洽相处。
