## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏内核心玩法的系统设计、实现与优化迭代；
- 负责游戏模式及其玩法研究，确保产品具备优良的游戏性和竞争优势；
- 与程序、美术密切合作，负责游戏系统及玩法的推进落地。 Requirements 1.3年以上游戏策划经验，参与过完整游戏项目流程，有成功上市产品经验者优先； 2.具备较强的架构能力和创造力，在玩法或关卡设计上有自己的想法； 3.熟悉ACT、RPG或MMO品类，有相关项目经验者优先；
- 有较强的团队合作意识，抗压能力强。
