## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 基于公司IDC资源3-5年战略规划，制定并执行中长期IDC建设与布局方案，确保资源供给匹配全球业务扩张和技术升级需求；
- 深度分析业务增长趋势，协同产品、运维、供应链团队精准测算IDC资源需求，全程跟踪资源交付进度并解决交付过程中的关键问题；
- 主导海外新开区数据中心从选址到交付的全生命周期管理，联动产品、合规、网络、法务等多领域团队攻克跨国项目落地难点；
- 定期评估现有IDC资源使用效率，优化资源配置结构，通过技术迭代和成本模型调整提升资源投入产出比；
- 监控全球IDC行业政策变化及技术动态，及时调整规划策略以应对合规要求和新型架构演进需求。 Requirements
- 计算机科学、通信工程、电子工程或供应链管理等相关专业统招本科及以上学历，2-3年大型企业IDC资源规划、云计算基础设施管理或供应链战略经验；
- 熟悉IDC机房建设标准、电力/网络拓扑设计及TCO成本模型，掌握AWS/Azure/GCP等主流云服务商资源特性及全球主要区域IDC政策法规；
- 具备跨洲际资源协调能力，有东南亚/欧美等海外数据中心项目规划或交付经验者优先；
- 拥有系统性思维和复杂问题拆解能力，能平衡短期交付与长期战略目标的关系；
- 抗压性强，适应跨国时区协作模式，具备优秀的跨部门沟通能力和技术方案落地推动力。
