## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责RPG项目的核心创意与玩法方向预研，核心玩法框架和数值体系的设计与落地规划；
- 统筹程序、美术、策划、运营等职能团队协作，保障版本按时高质量交付；
- 基于用户行为数据、市场反馈和竞品动态，适时调整产品策略以及敏捷开发、验证与迭代。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，5年+游戏制作人相关经验，有成功RPG精品及小游戏研发经验优先；
- 热爱游戏，具备多品类游戏的资深游玩经验，擅长玩法融合创新；
- 具备优秀的团队管理、跨部门协同能力，逻辑清晰，能高效推动项目落地；
- 对市场、用户、玩法创意敏感，善于捕捉市场变化，具备较强的创新与解决问题能力。
- 对AI技术有较强的理解和实践能力。
