## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 担任三角洲品牌IP的主视觉与创意设计接口人，与中台部门一起合作保证相关IP设计内容落地；
- 负责三角洲游戏世界观、赛季活动等顶层视觉的研发、维护与规范制定；
- 负责三角洲IP联动活动及衍生品的创意、设计与落地执行，并承担与IP合作方及设计团队的对接与支持工作；
- 为三角洲游戏本体内容（包含但不限于阵营、角色、武器、地图及宣发物料等）提供平面与包装设计支持。 Requirements
- 资深的平面设计能力，有复合2d+3d数字图形艺术设计能力优先，有影视，游戏，产品宣发领域的创意指导经验者优先；
- 对游戏内容世界观创作有高度兴趣追求，喜爱游戏、动漫、影视等文娱作品；
- 能够从用户角度出发，具有国际化的审美和出色的全球视野；
- 有扎实的美术功底、高级的审美能力、对时下设计潮流有敏锐嗅觉。
