## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责游戏中角色特效、剧情特效、场景特效的设计和制作；
- 推动项目特效技术的持续提升和优化；
- 与动画，策划，程序进行良好的沟通和对接，对项目推进中遇到的问题进行汇总归纳并及时处理；
- 与团队成员一起解决技术难题和其他挑战。 Requirements
- 大专及以上学历，5年以上相关工作经验；
- 熟练掌握3DMax，熟练使用Unity引擎进行特效制作；
- 美术基本扎实，造型色彩感觉良好，对特效的节奏和打击感有深入理解，能够确定和把控特效风格，统一画面表现；
- 热爱游戏，关注游戏体验，结合本岗位工作配合产品改进游戏特效体验；
- 具备良好的沟通和高度的对接能力；
- 追求卓越，有创新精神，具有较强的抗压能力，注重团队协作。
