## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责海外市场活动品类采购工作，包括国际展会、自办会务活动、海外MICE接待、活动直播、酒店场地等三级品类，覆盖亚太、欧洲、中东、北美等主流市场，在给定预算内为业务部门（BG）提供最优资源方案与落地看护工作；
- 主动拓展和储备全球优质活动供应商资源，组织大型活动、区域活动年框项目招标，把控供应商准入资质；
- 与供应商就报价、服务范围（SOW）及交付节点进行谈判，实现成本效益最大化；
- 监督项目交付进度及服务质量，确保交付物符合业务需求及公司高标准要求；
- 通过采购数据分析，对历史支出、未来需求、预算规划提供专业采购策略。合理布局年框供应商数量、SKU签订范围、主要市场的价格基准；
- 对核心供应商进行绩效评估，组织季度业务回顾会议（QBR），与供应商建立良好的长期合作伙伴关系。 Requirements 1.本科及以上学历，市场营销、广告、传播学或供应链管理等专业，有海外留学背景优先； 2.5年以上市场采购或线下活动管理等经验，活动品类采购优先； 3.英双语精通，具备出色的跨文化沟通及商务谈判能力，具备日语或韩语等小语种沟通能力者优先； 4.具备良好的数学逻辑，能精准核算活动品类复杂SKU、完善价格基线； 5.擅长制定执行计划，严格遵循标准作业程序（SOP），确保项目按时交付。善于利用AI工具，提升采购效率； 6.熟悉海外采购相关的基础法律框架及财务、税务合规常识； 7.诚信正直，严守采购纪律，严禁滥用职权或挪用资金。
