## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责烽火地带模式的物资产销和交易流转设计，对经济系统的长期稳定性负责；
- 负责游戏内产销数值的设计和实现，支持合作模块的内容设计和落地；
- 和战斗、系统等模块合作，优化战斗相关内容的平衡性、产销关系和物价表现，并对最终线上体验负责。 Requirements
- 至少5年以上数值经验，参与过完整的线上项目流程者；
- 熟悉搜打撤品类的经济循环设计，善于从数据中发掘问题，并结合实际体验和玩家反馈进行校验；
- 具有较强的数值建模和分析能力，对战斗平衡性和玩家对局行为变化敏感；
- 有较强的团队合作意识，抗压能力强；
- 热爱射击游戏，熟悉主流撤离射击游戏玩法者优先。
