## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责腾讯云计费、交易，身份中心相关业务系统的测试工作，保障核心链路的产品质量；
- 独立承担测试计划制定、用例设计与执行，跟进缺陷并推动修复闭环；
- 参与团队质量能力建设，包括自动化测试、测试工具开发、测试环境搭建维护、性能压测等方向，持续提升研发与测试效率；
- 关注线上质量，参与线上问题分析、复盘与改进，持续优化测试策略。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，5 年以上测试或测试开发经验，精通测试方法论，具备复杂系统的全流程测试能力；有云服务 / 金融支付 / 电商交易 / 计费结算类系统测试经验者优先；
- 扎实的 Python编程能力，熟悉常用自动化测试框架；具备较强的数据验证能力和问题定位能力；
- 熟悉 Linux环境与 Shell 脚本，了解 Docker / K8s 等云原生技术；有自动化测试框架或工具建设、基于云服务的测试环境部署维护、性能压测等方向经验者优先（以上方向具备其中若干即可，不要求全部覆盖）；
- 具备良好的团队合作精神，善于协调沟通并推动问题解决；抗压能力强，能面对云计算的机遇与挑战，在较大压力下保持工作激情。
