## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责音乐等相关算法的研发与落地，包括音乐生成、音乐理解、音乐编辑等方向；
- 参与生成模型的数据建设、预训练、后训练、效果评测和推理优化；
- 与产品、数据及工程团队协作，建设完整的音乐数据管线，训练框架和推理链路；
- 推动模型从实验阶段走向实际产品，持续提升生成结果的音质、自然度、音乐性、结构完整性和可控性；
- 跟进音乐及音频生成领域的前沿技术，完成论文复现、模型验证及业务化改进。 Requirements
- 计算机、人工智能、信号处理、音乐科技等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
- 熟悉 Transformer、Diffusion、Flow Matching、自回归模型等一种或多种生成模型；
- 具备音乐生成、TTS、音频生成或多模态生成相关项目经验，有较完整的数据处理、模型训练和效果评测经验；
- 熟悉 PyTorch 等深度学习框架，具备良好的算法实现和工程开发能力；
- 对生成模型及音频方向有持续关注，能够独立完成论文调研、模型复现和实验分析；
- 具备良好的学习能力、问题分析能力和团队协作能力。
