## Job description

### Responsibilities
- 负责微信支付智慧经营平台运营和业务增长运营；
- 洞察商户、用户诉求，结合平台业务发展需要，引入优惠货盘和日常运营，同时迭代业务运营策略、优惠增长策略和流量分发策略等，驱动业务增长；
- 监控日常业务数据走势，及时洞察和分析问题原因，迭代产品及运营策略和推动协同功能产品优化；
- 对业务增长和转化数据负责，协同产品、行业、开发等团队，提升业务规模和效率。 Requirements
- 本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网产品运营或平台运营、策略增长运营工作经验；
- 具备较强业务需求洞察力和数据洞察力；对新事物有好奇心，对不确定性有探索欲和挑战欲；
- 具备较强的对外合作能力、数据分析能力，数据敏感度强；
- 强自驱力，使命必达，具备优秀的思考力、沟通协调能力，及资源获取和整合能力。
